For 3rd through 8th Grade Students

Camp Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.

ACADEMIC FOCUS:

Bible Study, Academic Enrichment, Character Building and Leadership Development

The 2025 Fall Break Academic Camps are designed to serve as ARMS to the WOF Children’s Ministry with a focus on arithmetic, reading, math, and science (ARMS), leadership development, and character building.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

  • $200 weekly camp fee per child.
  • $150 weekly camp fee (sibling discount) for each additional sibling living in the same household.
  • $50 daily camp fee per child.
  • $40 daily camp fee (sibling discount) for each additional sibling living in the same house.
  • No camp t-shirts, No field trips, No partial scholarships, no reimbursements after September 20, 2025
  • $25 daily early drop off fee (from 7:10am to 7:29am)
  • $25 daily late pickup fee (from 6:05pm to 6:29pm)
  • $50 daily late pickup fee (after 6:30pm, no later than 6:45pm)

CAMP INFORMATION

  • 3rd through 8th grades are grouped by grade based on enrollment: 3rd/4th and 5th/6th and 7th/ 8th
  • All staff are responsible for immediately reporting all injuries and accidents, no matter how minor, to an Adult Servant Leader, the Camp Administrator, or the Camp Director. The Camp Administrator or an Administrative Assistant will contact the parent or emergency contact ASAP concerning the injury.
  • Campers must bring their lunch daily. Microwaves available.
  • Camp 212 provides breakfast beginning at 7:30 am and Afternoon snack beginning at 4:00 pm.
  • Campers MUST wear closed toes shoes to camp every day to prevent foot/toe injuries.
  • Campers clothing, lunches, must have child’s first & last name.

Fall Camp 212 Policy on Electronic Devices

  • Campers may bring electronic devices at their parent’s discretion. Campers, not Camp Staff, are responsible for keeping up with their own electronic devices.
  • CAMP 212 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ELECTRONIC DEVICES.
  • ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE NOT TO BE USED DURING INSTRUCTIONAL TIME.

DAILY SCHEDULES OF ACTIVITIES
(Subject to Change/Additional Activities may be added.)

9:00 AM: Morning Worship & Devotion
10:00 AM: Bible Exploration (interactive teaching)
11:00 AM: Academic Enrichment, Games & Sports
12:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM: Creative Arts / Music / Drama / Leadership Development
3:00 PM: Group Discussions/Character Building (Life application)
5:00 PM: Free Play & Wrap-Up

Fall Camp 212 Disciplinary Procedures

  • The child will immediately be removed from all camp activities and be under the direct supervision of
    a Camp Administrator or the Camp Director.
  • The Camp Administrator or the Camp Director will immediately contact the parent or emergency contact to discuss the violation. Based on the severity of the violation, the parent or emergency contact
    may be required to pick-up the child immediately from the camp. The child will not be allowed to return to the camp until the parent and Camp Director have met and resolved the issue.

Fall Camp 212 Violations
Word of Faith Camp 212 reserves the right to dismiss a child immediately from
camp for any of the following violations:

  1. Use of profanity or disrespectful language towards any Camp 212 Staff member or another camper
  2. Bullying, fighting or hitting another camper
  3. Theft
